New Student Orientation Housing 2024
All students attending a freshman Orientation/Class Registration program in June or July must stay on campus.
Incoming Students
The Orientation Office will arrange your housing for the Monday and Tuesday nights during the Orientation/Class Registration program.
Additional on campus housing is available one day before and one day after Orientation for an additional nightly fee of $25 per person per night. (Sunday and Wednesday nights) Please use the following codes and the 'Register Here' feature below. Registration for the night before and night after must be done separately using each individual code.

Parent/Family Housing
Limited On-Campus accommodations are available for Parents and Families from Sunday night through Wednesday night of all three Orientation sessions for a nightly fee of $50 per room per night. Please use the following codes and the 'Register Here' feature below.

FAQs
Fresh bed linens (blanket, sheets, pillow, pillowcase) are provided upon arrival. We recommend bringing sandals, a fan, and toiletries.
Students will be staying in North Hedges and South Hedges during Orientation. Parents will be staying in Hyalite Hall. For early arrival, students and parents can check-in at the front desk of their assigned hall. Students will still need to formally check-in at Orientation the next day. For instructions, please refer to your Orientation confirmation page linked in your MyInfo checklist.
Check-in for early arrival begins at 3:00pm.

Yes. They will need to choose the 'two bed' option while reserving a room.
Yes, we welcome all family members. Please make sure you are selecting a registration option that can accommodate the number of family members that plan to attend.
No, you will be assigned early arrival into the room for the program.
