Weekly Maintenance Window

The technology industry is highly competitive and new, updated software and hardware versions come often. Our goal is always to keep you informed, minimize the impact of our down times and look for periods during the year that are least disruptive to your work. We plan most of our major upgrades during semester breaks. We also make use of a weekly maintenance window every Thursday morning, from 5 – 7 am (MST), which we use as needed, to perform regular system maintenance.
