Teams Document Storage
Individual and Group Chats
- When sharing documents in individual or group chats, the document will be stored in the OneDrive account of the person who shared it.
When a Microsoft Team is created
- Creation of a Microsoft Team will create a corresponding SharePoint Online site. Any documents shared in a team are stored in the Documents section of that associated SharePoint site.

- Windows, clickStart >Microsoft Corporation>Microsoft Teams
- On Mac, go to the Applications folder and click Microsoft Teams.
- On the web, go to https://teams.microsoft.com.
- When logging into any of the Office365 applications, use your NetID@msu.montana.edu as the username.
