Wellbeing Initiative for financial planning and basic needs
On-campus support
The Bounty of the Bridgers Campus Food Pantry is a student-driven initiative to combat food waste and food insecurity on the MSU campus for students, faculty, and staff. Supplemental and emergency food assistance is offered to to any student, faculty, or staff in need!
Counseling & Psychological Services
Provides free and confidential counseling services to students who may be struggling with a range of concerns, from those who are in distress and struggling to those who wish to gain support and prevent concerns from developing into more serious problems.
Office of the Dean of Students
Consults with students on academic, personal and developmental issues.
Provides services and support to students with disabilities.
Provides information and support to the university community in the areas of multicultural awareness and community building, prejudice education and practical resources relating to diversity issues.
Offers LGBTQ+ student support programs.
Promotes generalized well-being by educating on topics such as sexual health, nutrition, physical activity, stress management, as well as the use of alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs.
Provides health service to students, regardless of insurance, if they have paid the
student health fee.
- Provides primary health care (including walk-in acute care, x-ray, clinical laboratory, and pharmacy services) and dental services.
- Provides specialized services to students, including services related to nutrition, sexual health, drug/alcohol concerns.
Office of Institutional Equity
Investigates complaints of discrimination, harassment or sexual violence and provides resources for best practices and trainings.

Office of International Programs
Advises students on immigration issues.
Oversees health and safety issues related to international travel.
Allen Yarnell Center for Student Success Services
- Career, Internship & Student Employment Services: career coaching, internship and employment searching/support, HireABobcat.com, career
and job fairs, on-campus interviewing.
- Office of Financial Education: helps students reduce or assess student loan debt, provides counsel related to savings, budgeting, loans, salary negotiation, retirement, etc.
University Police
994-3220; 24 hour Police Dispatch: 994-2121; Corner of 7th and Kagy Blvd.
- Operates 24 hours/day including semester breaks, summer session and holidays.
- Provides law enforcement, emergency and non-emergency services.
- Performs welfare checks on students about which parents, faculty, staff or fellow students may be concerned.
- Provides escorts on campus any time, day or night.
- Provides plainclothes officers who can be present in a course or at sensitive meetings upon request.
- Provides support to anyone who feels threatened or is in immediate danger. Call x2121 on-campus, 911 off-campus/cell phone.
- Provides information and support to anyone impacted by sexual assault, harassment, relationship violence, stalking and interpersonal violence.
- Provides free walk-in counseling hours available to anyone impacted by interpersonal violence.
Creates an equitable campus environment by offering educational programs to the university population about gender and women's issues.
