Connecting MSU Faculty
Center for Faculty Excellence: Part of the CFE mission is to provide "a place where people connect to share knowledge and skills that support each other’s growth." As part of this goal, we provide mentoring opportunities, group work in workshops and connect faculty interested in particular topics.
The Office of Research and Economic Development (RED) coordinates events to bring MSU faculty together around different research and creative topics. The office coordinates a monthly series is called 994- Calling where peakers to “tell their story” – which usually includes some fun background, where they trained, how they came to MSU, and a few key highlights on their research and scholarship.
MSU Centers and Institutes are communities of scholars investigating a range of research areas,
from optical sensors to gut microbiome to water quality and quantity.

With roots that go back to 1903, the Alumni Foundation has been instrumental in contributing to the long-term success of Montana State's land-grant mission to integrate education, create knowledge and art and serve communities.
