President Waded Cruzado- President Cruzado called the meeting to order at 8:30 AM.

- Michael Babcock moved for approval; Royce Smith seconded. The minutes were approved unanimously.

- Reijo-Pera - Major initiative in Applied Research, Research continues to do well
- Boyer - 125th College of Ag and MAES stations, annual celebrate ag events.
- Smith - Today- tomorrow 11:00 - 2:00 Chili bowl sale. November 19th 4:30 PM, Jorge Fernandez Lecture
- Caires - 900 parent and family members this past weekend.
- Kearns - Online student scholarship applications. Food pantry going well.
- Sheehan - Represented Montana at EDUCAUS. ATO open house in Barnard, November 8th.
- Costello - Hosted 6000 elementary students and teachers for MSU basketball day
- Harmon - November 14th 4:30 - 6:00pm Presentation by Mike Eddy, Native American Education
- Ellig - November 9th 4-5:00pm Sub 236 Public comment to name Doig Center
- Stone - Continuing work with mental and behavioral health from currently received grants. Commodity group conferences.
- Shannon - National accreditation site visit completed last week. First aid booth at all football games. HERSA grant
- Obbink - Working on Carnegie classification
- Fastnow - Innovation and Economic Prosperity award finalist at APLU
- Stark - Political belief is a protected belief, let them know of issues.
- Lee - December is 125th month, December 12th 7 Rhodes Scholars on campus. March hosting western region honors colleges.
- Dobbs - Setting up academic advisory council for Museum, November 14th, planning 20-21/22 temporary exhibit schedule.
- Rae-Kristen Intemann recently published book is very relevant and timely, feature author at reception at Public Library on December 6th.
- Leist - Vice Chancellor for Administration and Finance, joint position.
- Hawks - 6 mill doing well
- Cruzado - Today at 4:00pm, Leigh Lounge, Recognition of Armistice Day. Can the Griz!
