- Call to Order
President Waded Cruzado- President Waded Cruzado called the meeting to order at 8:30 AM.
- Approval of Minutes for December 3rd, 2014
- Nancy Cornwell moved to approve the minutes for December 3rd, 2014, and Chris Kearns seconded the motion. The minutes were approved unanimously.
- University Wide Information/ Announcements
- President Cruzado welcomed MSU's new Vice President of Agriculture and Dean of the College of Agriculture, Dr. Charles Boyer, to MSU. His start date was December 15th, 2014. President Cruzado also informed the Council that the Legislative Session has kicked off and MSU is working hard on its priorities with the help of Tracy Ellig, MSU's Director of External Relations.

- MSU Affiliated Campuses International Travel Policy
Leslie Taylor- The MSU Affiliated Campuses International Travel Policy was reposted as a new item in December due to substantial changes to the content. This is a policy for all campuses. It has been posted for comment for 30 days and is up for a vote. Helen Melland moved to adopt the policy; Nancy Cornwell seconded. The policy passed unanimously and will go in effect on March 31, 2015, per Leslie Taylor. Nancy Cornwell thanked the group and said that this policy will be very helpful for her College. "I am so very, very grateful," she said.
