- President Cruzado called the meeting to order
- Approval of Minutes for April 2, 2014
- Minutes were approved unanimously. Nancy Cornwell motioned to approve the minutes; Terry leist seconded the motion.
- University Wide Information/Announcements
- YEAR of Engaged Leadership Recognition
- President Cruzado began with a moment of silence in honor of Dewitt Latimer, who passed away one year ago this week. President Cruzado then introduced the new Chief Information Officer, Jerry Sheehan. She continued the introductions by welcoming Sheila Stearns, who is serving as MSU Billings' Interim Chancellor.
- Shelley McKamey was recognized as an Engaged Leader due to her work with the Mifune Museum in Japan. In addition, Kitty Saylor was recognized due to her tireless efforts on behalf of the MSU Foundation.

- Leslie Taylor explained the comments recieved about this policy. Norm Peterson confirmed that the policy reflects the needs of the Office of International Programs. It will be put back on the agenda in the fall for a vote.

- Tara Moore, MSU's new Emergency Operations Coordinator, introduced herself, as well as provided the Council with information about the Operations plan, which will be posted in July.
