Backfill Plan: Swingle Health Center, 2nd Floor
Description of Request
Submitted By: Space Planning & Management
Proposal to hold the second floor of Swingle Health Center to be utilized as flexible
office space. This use
will help alleviate the need for temporary accommodations for faculty and staff during
upcoming
construction projects on campus that require individuals and teams to be relocated
out of their current
spaces in the summer of 2024 and potentially summer 2025. This will address an immediate
short term need
and would allow further time to consider a more permanent future use.

Space Management Committee has approved the second floor of Swingle Health Center for use as flexible hoteling on as needed basis.
