To be considered for a Noyce Master Teaching Fellow (MTF), applicants must complete and submit:
- Noyce MTF Application and Survey Form with your resume and personal statement
- One recommendation form from your school principal or superintendent [give this link to your school principal or superintendent]
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident alien.
- Demonstrate a commitment to teach and serve for five or six years in a high-need local educational agency.
- Hold a valid teacher certification or licensure.
- Possess a bachelor’s or master's degree in education or a STEM discipline.
- Intends to enroll in a master's degree program if holding only a bachelor's degree.
- Hold at least two years of teaching experience in science or mathematics.
- Teach science, mathematics, or both classes in a high-need school district.
Note. Starting from August 28, this program will only consider certified exemplary STEM teachers who hold a master's degree in STEM or education.
