- Update on priority goals for AY23
- The 3 priority goals were endorsed by President Cruzado and her executive team, available here: Recommended Goals for Focus, FY23
- Work plan for AY22
- Annual tasks of reviewing progress and recommending priorities
- Discussion of the new biennial cycle for Strategic Investment Proposal process
- How does the biennial cycle impact the prioritization discussion?
- Why biennial?
- Aligns with Legislative schedule
- Raises expectations for quality of proposals in SIP years, allows more time to look for collaborative spaces for investment
- Alternate year will be larger scale investments to support strategic and infrastructure goals
- Gives a holiday from the 2% reallocation process
- PC role in fostering superior proposals in either year of the cycle?
- Timing of next strategic plan
- Current plan ends in 2024
- Align with NWCCU 7-year report cycle, due fall 2024

- Progress report on Goal 2.4
- Jason Carter updated PC on goal 2.4.1. about the new annual research report template piloted by center and institute directors for tracking research productivity and goals. The template will be rolled out to colleges and departments this year
- Ian Godwin presented Choosing Promise, Goal 2.4 Update dashboards on metrics 2.4.2., 2.4.3. and 2.4.4.
