Interests:
Dr. Jessi Anderson, a graduate of the MSSE program and lifelong Montanan, is a national and state award-winning science educator. Jessi has taught Kindergarten, 4th grade, 6th-8th grade, and in-person and online high school science. Beyond the classroom, she enjoys training and developing instructional coaches and supporting educators from around the country to implement innovative and personalized in-person and virtual instruction. Her research interests include coaching and peer mentorship in higher education, K-12 education, and science education. As a Walden University graduate, she is particularly interested in social change around digital equity with an emphasis on access, instructional design, and digital accessibility in education. In her spare time, Jessi enjoys spending time with her family, camping, and photography.
