University Compliance is responsible for assisting units across MSU in following and meeting federal, state, institutional and other regulations. Additionally, the office assists with enforcement and accountability issues when necessary. 

Our goal is to support the work of our compliance units and identify and capitalize on efficiency that can be shared across units, identify best practices, and assist the University with all compliance efforts. The office also assists with policy development and maintenance, helps coordinate compliance efforts with the Jeanne Clery Act and manages the Student Right to Know Portal.
