    1. Steve Swinford- Review Core Assessment - status in year 4 of the 5 year assessment plan, review of the 3 Core Qualities, and approach to integrating those Qualities within the Core Curriculum. Year 4 Assessment – request for participants in the content areas.  All faculty or invited to participate in the Core assessment process – do not have to teach in the Core.

      1.  BIOM 365 : Astrobiology – Request for a hard-number.  Course has be taught as a BIOM 491 in the past
      2. CHMY 404 : Advanced Inorganic Techniques – New course, fullfills requirements for ASC accreditation.
      3. PSCI 483 : The Politics of Authoritarianism – New course, developed by a new faculty member.  Option to fulfill International Relations requirments of the major.
      4. STAT 337 : Intermediate Statistics with Introduction to Statistical Computing – Renumbering of STAT 217 to reflect the content and learning outcomes of the course, and to better fit within the sequencing of classes in the curriculum.
