a. Minutes were approved
III. Sustainability Minor (action item) Chair elect Richards
a. First reading two weeks ago. Second reading today.
b. Administered through Liberal Studies
c. Students with any major are welcome
d. 21 credits – 9 required, 12 elective.

V. Center Proposal Resolution Chair Babcock
a. Workflow model discussion two weeks ago. Reviewed at this meeting by Chair Babcock.
b. CRAEA – all documentation posted on FS webpage
· Chair Babcock – possible path forward-
1. Motion to untable- seconded, motion passed.
2. CRAEA Proposal returned to senate floor
a. Wendy Stock – presentation
i. Back ground of center
ii. Mission, Value statement, etc.
3. Floor opened for debate
4. Motion – Call the Question Eric Belasco – no second to end debate.
5. Motion to postpone and seconded. Postpone for further discussion at next meeting. Majority passed.
VI. Public Comment
a. Clay Monahan – where Koch money comes from?
b. Bob Diggs – encouraged to read current books on Koch money
c. Garret Egnew – concerned with proposed center and effect the center will have on students and university.
d. Ralf Wilson – Un-Koch My Campus – concern with contract signed by MSU, political implications of research being undertaken
