    • Fair Week Activities:
      • Council discussed if we want to organize the Indoor Exhibits by Club or by Project. Chloe moved for it to be arranged by Project, Sage seconded. Vote passed. 

        • Tuesday: Karaoke; to take place after mandatory meeting; Isabelle volunteered to help. 

        • Wednesday: Root Beer Floats and Prizes; Sage and Shalee volunteered to help. 

        • Thursday: Scavenger Hunt; winners get a prize; Josie and McKenzie volunteered to help. 

        • Friday: Movie Night; Movie choices are: Lion King, Charlotte’s Web, Finding Nemo/Dory, Tarzan, and Incredibles 2. These are to be chosen by popular vote; Josie and Bree volunteered to help. 

        • Saturday: Barn Wars; to take place before 4-H night; Janelle, Hannah, and Emily volunteered to help.

    • Service Project
        • Youth were told to brainstorm ideas that they are going to vote on in the next meeting.
