Administrative Assistant, Kristen Musick - kristen.musick@montana.edu
• Serves as first point of contact for EHHD general inquiries
• Orders textbooks and archives syllabi
• Maintains office equipment (including copiers, printers, &
computers)
• Orders faculty and staff technology (computers, printers, etc.)
• Coordinates search logistics for EHHD faculty and staff search committees
• Supports the Alumni Relations & Events Specialist with
conferences, scholarships, events, and communications
• Coordinates room reservations in Reid Hall using Ad Astra
Assistant to the Dean, Sky Wernik - sky.wernik@montana.edu
• Serves as Reid Hall Building Supervisor to manage facilities,
custodial, maintenance, and ADA requests in Reid Hall
• Coordinates office assignments, moves, and key requests
• Coordinates Retention, Tenure, and Promotion for EHHD
• Distributes weekly Tuesday Times newsletter for EHHD faculty,
staff, and graduate students
• Schedules for the Deans
• Serves as the Search Manager for EHHD faculty
and staff searches
• Manages EHHD webpages
Alumni Relations & Events Specialist, Rebecca Stanton - rebecca.stanton@montana.edu
• Serves as liaison to MSU Alumni Foundation
• Manages EHHD scholarships
• Coordinates EHHD events and awards
• Serves as the liaison with University Communications
• Manages EHHD marketing and communications for EHHD print,
email, and social media
• Oversees program graphic design and marketing
Senior Assistant Dean, Kayte Kaminski - kayte.kaminski@montana.edu
• Serves as resource for faculty/staff on student issues
and concerns (provides and organizes trainings,
individual consults, student meetings, etc.)
• Serves as college's liaison to University Information Technology
• Collaborates on and manages retention/persistence
efforts for the college

Human Resources:
• Creates and processes appointments for faculty, staff,
graduate and undergraduate students
• Processes all required hiring paperwork
• Manages the onboarding process for new employees
(NetID, listservs, new employee trainings, D2L access,
general college information, etc.)
• Initiates termination/separation checklists and paperwork
• Coordinates with HR Business Partner and HR Service Center
Fiscal:
• Serves as primary contact and liaison with Fiscal Services for
the centralized accounting services
• Processes invoices and reimbursements
• Offers p-card, Chrome River, and travel expense training
to faculty and staff
• Coordinates with Budget & Fiscal Manager on main salary
and operational budgets within the college
• Conducts pre-payroll audits and payroll reconciliation,
troubleshoots errors and resolves discrepancies
