B.A. in Modern Languages - Spanish Teaching Option (K-12)
The Spanish K-12 Teaching option at Montana State is specifically designed for students who wish to become licensed to teach Spanish to elementary, middle and high school students in kindergarten through grade 12. Spanish K-12 Teaching students are enrolled in a combination of Spanish language, Spanish literature and education coursework designed to prepare those students to thrive as teachers. Often, Spanish K-12 Teaching majors also obtain a teaching minor to strengthen their skills and reach more students within the classroom.
In addition to a teaching major, Spanish (K-12) is also available as a related teaching minor.
