B.S. in Early Childhood Education: Preschool - Grade 3
In the Early Childhood Education: P3 program at Montana State, students focus on coursework specifically designed for those who wish to become licensed to teach preschool through grade 3. Upon completion of the Preschool-Grade 3 degree, students are eligible for licensure in the state of Montana. Preschool-Grade 3 students gain field experience with multiple opportunities for applied understanding of children's growth and development, conducting observations and assessments and understanding developmentally appropriate educational practices with the choice to add an option in Special Education. Related programs include the MSU Early Learning Centers and the Montana Early Childhood Project.
