Construction Engineering Technology – B.S. in Construction Engineering Technology
The Montana State Civil Engineering department prepares construction engineering technology graduates to plan and supervise construction for major projects such as highways, buildings and industrial plants. The CET program offers experienced and well-connected faculty who teach students hands-on problem-solving techniques that will serve them throughout their careers.
Construction Engineering Technology students are able to participate in opportunities such as the Associated Schools of Construction’s Region 7 and 8 student competition, in which aspiring construction engineers complete proposals for projects in hours – instead of the weeks that an actual firm in the industry would take.
