1. Call to Order
   President Cruzado called the meeting to order 8:30am. 
   
   
2. Approval of Minutes for May 3, 2023
   
   Dean Brett Gunnink moved to approve minutes; seconded by Dean Sarah Shannon and minutes were approved unanimously.
   
   
3. University Wide Information/Annoucements
   
   President Cruzado and Provost Mokwa shared upcoming searches across campus.
   
   
4. Public Comment
   
   There were no public comment offered. 
   
   
5. New Items
    
   1. Sports Facilities policy revision
      Chris Hayden, Director, Sports Facilities 
      
      Chris Hayden shared important updates to policy, mostly pertaining to logistics and procedures.
      
      
   2. Lost and Found policy
      Camie Bechtold, Chief Compliance Officer
      
      This is a new policy to consolidate lost and found to be under the jurisdiction of the University Police department.
      
      
      
6. Informational Items 
   1. Procurement, weapons & Title IX policy updates
      Camie Bechtold, Chief Compliance Officer
      
      Camie shared minor updates and clarified context based on a recent State Procurement Bureau update.
      
      
   2. Veteran Services update
      Todd Bucher, Director, Veterans Services 
      
      Todd discussed overview of team and updates to Veteran Services 
   3. Long Range Building Program (LRBP) Process
      Sarah Knoebl, Campus Planner, Planning, Design & Construction 
      
      Sarah highlighted the important LRBP process coming up. 
      
      
7. Updates
   
   Campus leaders provided updates on respective departments and events.
