Looking to create information to send out to MSU students, faculty and staff? Use these MSU resources to help get the word out.

MSU Today is a helpful resource for announcements as it comes out and is received by faculty and staff every Monday morning through email. However, MSU Today does not accept non university campaigns and submissions for announcements and must be submitted before 4pm of the business day before e-newsletter comes out.

The display spaces in the SUB are a great way to get the word out for your information campaign. These spaces are 4 poster cases sized 27”x 43” (North, East, South, West) by the Ask Us desk.

The reservation inquiry process starts with the MSU Conference & Events Services (CES) contact link: https://www.montana.edu/cs/contact.html or by calling (406) 994-3081

Note: please have CES review and approve any table tents, posters, and other graphics you plan to display in the SUB prior to printing.

You'll be given a key to unlock the display case and will need to set up your posters on the first day of reservations and take down on the last day.

A clearly visible sign must also be put up to state who is sponsoring said display and every group/department is given a limit of 7 days per semester.

Be sure to also review the SUB advertising space rules to make sure you are setting up your poster case properly.

There are two information table spaces available for student organizations and departments to use. Table space must be reserved in advance which can be done by contacting MSU Conference & Event Services at: https://www.montana.edu/cs/contact.html or by calling (406) 994-3081

Be sure to also review the SUB advertising space rules to make sure you are setting up your information table properly.

The SUB offers over 250 spots to set table tents to spread the word out about your campaign. To reserve days to display your table tents, reach out to MSU Conference & Event Services at: https://www.montana.edu/cs/contact.html or by calling (406) 994-3081.

Be sure to also review the SUB advertising space rules to make sure your table tents follow the correct guidelines.
