The ASMSU Supreme Court consists of seven students, nominated by the President, and approved by the Senate. Justices remain on the Supreme Court as long as they remain an eligible ASMSU student. The Judicial Council is responsible for reviewing and interpreting actions of the Senate, reviewing student appeals, and managing Elections grievances and other complaints by interpreting the ASMSU Constitution, ASMSU governing documents, and Montana State Law.  For questions or assistnace, contact the Chief Justice of the Judicial Council at asmsucj@montana.edu
